The majority of that cut footage has not been released to the general public, including such scenes as:
-The brain room in the Department Of Mysteries.
-The full battle at the Ministry.
-The full “Snape’s Worst Memory” flashback.
-Umbridge and Ministry employees trying to remove Hagrid from the school and Professor McGonagall attempting to protect him.
-A later scene of McGonagall recovering from the attack in a wheelchair.”
